About the Breed

The Beagle is a type of small hound developed for hunting hare. It has a great sense of smell and tracking instincts,so it’s often used as a detection dog in the police force. It is a popular pet due to its size and temperament.

While intelligent and easy to train, the Beagle boasts a laid-back nature and willingness to please which makes it a fantastic member of the family.

A short coat and moderate exercise needs make the Beagle a low-maintenance dog .
